    Default cooling

no pic but In from pump #10 to gate valve to pressure bypass valve to oil cooler to tee #8 to front engine block water pump inlets. one #10 over board discharge from ft ft of intake. Other is line to headers. One #10 from water bypass overboard side to intercooler out to overboard. Install a seperate pressure relief on inter cooler for safety. My system worked fine for this past yr. Good luck

I've seen quiet a few blown jets where they tapped the side of the bowl for a extra feed. I believe they feed the intercooler with it. Somebody here may chime in on this.

Where you get the water for the inner cooler is irrelevant. Point is you want it to get zero water at idle, but not too much pressure from 2500 rpm up.

Yes you do need another. I believe no more than 20 lbs. Mine's set at 18 psi on both.

We did a setup for Tunneljet here on the boards and it seemed to work very well. Yes two bypass reliefs, one for the motor water pressure and the other for the intercooler pressure.

If I read your post right, you had water coming out of the bypass at idle. If so, that is not right. There should not be anything coming out at idle. The fact that it is and that you are having heating issues would cause me to look for something stuck in the bypass or pump somewhere. If you don't find the problem, give me a call.
