    Hi Jay,

I know you still view from time to time ....Congrats to you and the team. Wow.

5 in a row is incredible......

Hopefully you built Jimmie's engine and not Jeff's.

    Congratulations again

    Thanks Guy's!

It was a long year, and even a LOOOOOONGER race!

My engine was in the 48, so the last 10 laps or so were brutal on the nerves to say the least!!

    Thanks again!

Warp had mentioned to me once about a valve spring breaking on the dyno. Its like a recall for E-coli lettuce. At that level you eleminate all chances of it happening again. So all the engines with springs from that batch get their springs removed and new ones installed. Can you imagine. So when one motor has a problem during a race, you can almost hear the other crews within the organization inhale. And its usually justifiable. Ever notice when something plagues one car on the team, it has a tendency to run thru the whole team. Fortunately, not this time.

Great job Jay! Now take some time off, and enjoy!

And thanks for coming on. We know your out there, but it is nice to hear from you just the same!
