Default Bennett Hydraulic Diverter Pumps ?

Does anyone have any info: 1) wiring and 2) solenoid timing. Also testing specs. Mine is putting fluid out both side on the up or down. I am running -3 line instead of -4 but that shouldn't cause this.

Solenoids are paired left rear/ right front, and right rear/ left front. If you're using a true Bennet motor (unmodified by Place), only one wire is used. The other is cut off and unused.

yellow wire is actually cut off in the boot and does not connect to the blue wire....I think that's what was determined.

probably one of 2 things. Diodes took a dump or you got a piece of trash in one of the solenoids. Take them apart carefully and look for the smallest piece of trash.

Jim as said above is this a Place unit or original Bennett might have missed this?

Chris you were right, one of the diodes took a dump.

Now it seems to be slow, is it the hose/fitting size that is causing this?

Do you guys think or know if by going to a bigger line, -5 or -6, would increase the speed of the diverter?

    Jim,
I added the Banderlog relay that draws direct off the battery. Diverter moves quick now with stock hyd lines. Not sure on the effect of -5 or -6 lines, would like to know the effect.

Can be done with Bosch relays too, but the Banderlog unit is, simple, ready to go, and bullet proof. Significantly speeds up the trim speeds

Mine has two different types of plungers in the Solenoids. 2 that have a spring that is physically attached to the end in addition to the normal spring that goes into the bottom. And 2 with only the small spring that goes in the back of the plunger that and then into the solenoids. My problem is I have NO clue which goes where. I have spent HOURS trying to figure if its a bad solenoid or a misplaced spring. I had a bad seal and got water into the lines and when cleaning it out mixed everything all up.
