What exactly are you trying to do? 18s are quick 19s can be quick too but might top end a little better, the 18 will win more races, they are deadly quick when you get them setup right which isnt hard to do.

18' then. Any boat can flip at anytime. Why not a tunnel?

Speeds beyond 118 can be an issue, but truth be told you can flip a boat at 80 if it's not set up correctly.

There are a few 19's that have run past 120 but they are the exception to the rule.

What's your power going to be and how fast or quick are you looking to go ?

IMO a 19 is a bit more challenging, its doable just have respect for it and always keep in your head IT CANT SHUT OFF on you, good wiring, no cheap parts and you should be ok. Do some research on setup and engine placement, thats alot of power for a light 19, you could tip that over if you tried hard enough.

Everythings going to be brand new. Once the motors done ill be bring the boat down to get the pump work down by u and jack. Are the rachets easy to install? Or when u guys do the pump work would it be more benifical to have u guys install that as well. Boats been Flipped speed coat and pump was set back about 2 inchs

Ratchets go on fairly easy, Id just have it done at the time of assembly, couple small things need to be taken care of to set it up properly for a ratchet when you assemble it.
