Default Question for the San Diego Guys...

Where in San Diego do you take your boat covers to get washed? These rains have played havoc on my boat cover.

I have hung mine on the side of my garage....soaked it and gave a light scrub. Rinsed with my power washer. When its dry, I leave it on the boat with a grey tarp over it(harbor frieght). This has kept my cover in good shape and still will allow the cover to breath. I do go through 2 grey tarps a year as they start to get brittle with sun exposure. With the price of a new boat cover...a few tarps arent bad.

Take it to a laundry mat , they usually have a 4 load capacity washer for around $5 bucks.

It's usaully a giant front loader , you find them in the bigger laundry mats.

This rain needs to stop! My father in law whipped this wakeboard tower up for me to help keep the water from pooling in the boat cover, works bitchen
