Post Need some help looking for a marine windshiled manufacture in So Cal...

    Hey guys-

Had an assume time at the Tom Papp Memorial this past weekend... only problem was my windshield did not... damn ducks... lol. Actually it was my fat azz!

Anyway, called AeroMarine, $1,100 just for the center piece on my 21' Daytona... Checked with Eliminator, did not have a price (they probably have to call Aero). They were concerned about the "color" of the smoke matching the sides (which I have already replaced couple of years back).

Does anyone know of another company who could make a winshield? I don't mind $500-$700 but thought $1,100 was a bit excessive.

Any help would really be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    RE

Finney's Plastics & Powdercoating. Quoted $600 for a new windshield for my Eliminator.

    Thanks Wolfie!

I called spoke with Jane, sounds like they would have no problem making the windshield!

    Even have a pattern

    Appreciate the lead.

Id suggest wayne earl in placentia. They are pretty proud of their stuff too, so beware.

I also own a 26' ICC Daytona, they polished my canopies and I did not even think of them.
When I asked how much it would cost to replace a canopy (if I needed it) they were at $2,500-$3K...!
I would say they were very proud! and their shop is nothing to speak of, but they do very nice work.

I second Wayne Earl, used them twice and was happy both times.
