Default Upswept Headers on Jet ??

Has anybody ran a set of upswept dragster headers? Will they clear on a Bahner with factory pump and engine location and will they be legal to run being Dry and all? I think they would look pretty good. Anybody running them?

What kind? I ran Borlas for a while. They softened the bark of my blower motor but it was not exactly "legal".

Here's a shot of when I was running them. I needed to slightly move the motor forward a touch but otherwise no problems fitting them.

Dont know where you reside, but I have a set that you are more than welcome to dry fit if you are near the Pomona area.

I have run the borlas as well for a couple seasons, they do look good but I wouldn't recommend you buy a set unless you get a smokin deal on them. Because they don't seem to hold up very well, the inside of the mufflers break apart. Just my oopinion.

Nor mine but I will qualify that in that I got them used and had no problems with them. I then traded them off (going TT) and heard that that guy blew them out but given his setup/tuneup, the ceramic tiles off of the spaceshuttle wouldn't have held up.
