Thank you to Mark (Ultra 19) Bob & my Dad for getting me my first round win. I hope that I can
step it up for the next race and go some more rounds and get a win.
I was happy to let Brian borrow my motor so he could make the races last weekend. Not having time to test what my motor was going to do in his boat made us all uneasy going into the weekend. Just listening to Don Forester and Bob Johnson talk through the issues we were having was incredible. We didn't have a winning weekend in a sense but for it being Brian's (The Brown Boat 133) first real competitive race with an unknown motor..... I would say..... making it past the first round in the 10.0 class was good enough for us. Can't wait to see how Brian does next race.
That brown boat made more friggin laps this weekend than anyone, you had to have been exhausted. The boats runs hard, didnt expect it to lay down those kind of numbers, its a total sleeper! very nice job, keep it up go give those 10.0 guys hell this year.
Couldn't wait to see how you did, soon as I got internet in Baja I was on the computer. Good Job Brain. Stoked for you, your dad, and Bob
