Default 82 Nordic Thor Tunnel (jet) info

Hey guys looking for some information on a boat I recently bought. I contacted Nordic, but they told me that when the company sold in 2005 the previous owner kept all of the hull information on the earlier models.

Does anybody out there have the lowdown on these hulls? Weight, performance potential etc.

Not looking to actively pursue racing, just want a strong performing boat

    Thanks guys

Hhmm, sounds like you should just pull the drain plugs out over by the dam to me.

it'd barely get over 80 with the lil 10.5:1 468 and single 850, may have had 500hp.it had a flat keel, i spoke up and said id buy the boat before i knew bout the keel being flat, but i held my word and bought it regardless. never was gna be a screamer with that flat keel, so we cleaned it up, i went thru motor and pump, kids cleaned the boat and we sold it a few months later.

someone's already did to your's what mine needed done. i could've kept it, had ervin do a keel on it but it was wayyy heavier than what i wanted. loved the boat, wish i could've kept it for a lake blaster, but at the time i knew where a 300lb mantra was and wanted my play $$$ outta the nordic to fund the mantra project after payin the kids for wetsanding it/my daughter for detailing it, and my savings account back, think i got left with jus nuff to buy the hull i have now on a trailer, that's it ex got the savings in the divorce aggreement that'll teach me to save money! gna spend soon as i get it nowlmao j/k

We just finished one this summer. pretty sure it was an outboard boat originally, weighs around 850. added a 3/4 inch keel and a 496ci. gps shows 90 mph at 5000ft. really happy with the boat. i'll see if i can get the owner to post some pics.
