Default ? Steering collum extension/hub extension

So I went poking around a couple of websites looking at ways to extend my steering wheel out further from the dash to get more left leg room in my tunnel hull. The options out there don't seem to be nearly as expensive as I thought they would be. I think I want the steering wheel about 6 inches further away from the dash. I don't know the terminology for the parts I want or for the parts that I have.

What in the hell do I have?

What's the proper part name for what I am looking for?

If you've got a used machined or polished one laying around PM me, actually even if you sell new ones PM me. Thanks!
