    Default Best way to clean/polish a boat wind shield?

    I am just puttin my 21 back together after a little paint work. My wind shield is in pretty good shape.....but it has a little over spray in one spot from a previous paint job...a scuff or 2 ect... Was about to try my buffer ..foam pad ...and some finess it 2. I don't want to fubar my wind shield. Any suggestions??

    Go to the auto part store and get one of those headlight restoration kits!
    No matter how good she looks , someone is tired of her shit!

    have had good luck using a product call novis, buy it at the motorcycle shop, works well on the moto winshield and face shields, have also used it to clean and polish the guage clusters in cars, have used it on my 21 cougar winshield works great, comes in 3 different grits.

    Last time I bought one of those the stuff in it reminded me of mothers alum. polish. For the heck of it I tried it and it worked pretty good. I had to use a razor on the overspray.
