    Default need throttle stop idea for stringer pedal?

    anyone got any pics or ideas for throttle stop to keep pedal from going down too far on a stringer mounted foot pedal ?

    just make yourself a wedge out of wood the size you need for how far you want the pedal to go down & glass it to the floor! ...just my suggestion

    I dont have one on my daytona. On a flat bottom k boat I had I took a piece of angle iron. drilled a hole and tacked a nut on it...bolted it to the stringer in front of the go pedal. Then by spinning the bolt in and out it was adjustable....once I golt it just right I double nutted it to keep it from moving. Looked a little ghetto but it worked well. If I remember right widowmaker made a sweet one.

    I had one kinda similar with adjustable nut on my CP but it wasnt a stringer mount pedal & was alot simler to do.....Widowmaker you got any pics ?

    Here you go. I took a solid chunk of 2" x 1" aluminum
