    Default My new Cheyenne

This is my brand new cheyenne. Just picked it up last night. So happy to have this home. what was supposed to take 6 weeks turned into 15 long months. I will use this thread as a build thread if anyone wants to follow along.

Some of you already know how this deal went down so i'll spare the details but long story short. I purchased this boat a year ago last Feb. The Original "builder" screwed up the boat and agreed to build another. Well rather then man up and do the right thing he decided to try to screw me out of my money and a boat. So after a year I finally recouped all my money and was able to obtain use of the the mold from the real owner. I then contracted Alex to build this for me.

Since I was already burnt out on the deal we decided to just go with a single color insted of the original graphic scheme. i did ask him though to put extra balsa inside, and it does have kevlar in the lay up. Jerry and Alex took the time to go through the mold straighten out the tunnels and fix the few other issues that people were complaning about before laying up my boat.

In the end i couldn't be happier the finish is nice, the tunnels are flat, the floor looks great, and I feel Alex did an all around great job.

Once agian I'd like to thank Jerry and Alex Niether one of them had anything to do with the original deal or "builder" but both of them went out of there way to make this happen, it wouldn't have been possible without them.

Very nice, congrats on getting it home. Sounds like a shitty situation that finally came to an end.
