There's a few of us up north of you. I actually love the St. George area and am hoping to retire there one day. I want to try Sand Hollow one of these day. I've heard a lot of nice things about it.

sand hollow is decent if its not busy but when it is busy all the bigger boats come out and chop the water up pretty bad and the water has swimmers itch and when the afternoon winds hit it blows sand from the dunes all over everything. Quail lake is about the same way. I usually go out to the Gunlock resevoir every sunday and the water is usually glassy and there really arent a lot of people there so i usually have the run of the lake
