    Cool Fuel tanks

On a 19' cp, fuel tanks measure 6'x8"x7 1/2" with about 1" taper on the back side..how much fuel do this hold ?

You need another dimension to make that calculation.

    Just remember the Formula (L x W x H then divide by 231)

Your tanks hold roughly 18.7 gallons.

That works if there is no taper to the tank. If the tank has a taper top to bottom you need to know the width at the top and at the bottom.

I was thinking 10-11 gallons each, but can't really remember.
