Default Place diverter hydrolic pump help

my hydrolic diverter wont stay down, if I put it in reverse it lifts the nozzle all the way up. I can run it down and lift it up by hand. The ram looks new and I think the problem is in the pump. Not sure if it's a bad solenoid or a check ball missing or stuck. Anyone else had this problem before? It runs up just fine but just won't stay down. I'm assuming that as son as I get on the throttle it's going to go to full up position and piss off anyone behind me. Anyone know of a simple fix?

i have had this problem and it sucks and yes it will go up as you accelerate, in order to fix mine i had to replace the pump module itself it contains all the soleniods and check valves, honestly i have had nothing but problems with those unit put it up for sell and go manual. SO MUCH FASTER AND YOU LOOK AT THE HANDLE AND YOU WHERE YOUR NOZZLES POINTED.

Give the guys a call at Place. I don't see how a manual could be faster than just pushing a button on the stearing wheel. Especially if you have the Banderlog module in the system.

Fixed!!! Had a little piece of deris stopping one of the solenoid plungers from closing all the way. Glad it was easy to fix

i've run the hydraulic system in 3 different boats over 22 years. no way i'd go back to the handle/cable, which failed within the first 3 years i had it.
