I have a 18 ft sterling with a mild 454 with tunnel ram and 1 holley 750 with msd ignition. I have a new 7 qt. oil pan and matching pick up to replace the stock 5 qt. Shouldn't this be enough for just normal crusing as I don't have the big bucks for a 10 qt. pan right now? Also I took off the over the transom headers and put back on the hardin log manifolds due to carring small kids now. My question is the evac lines I took loose from the headers should I make a small puke tank for these lines (how big and how often should it be checked or drained) or should I Run the lines up to a double fitting on the flame arrestor?
