    Default Fading MSD box...

My MSD 6AL box is fading, looks like shit. Was thinking i could paint it but wasn't sure what that would look like. I'd like it to look new again (stock).

As long as it works, I'd leave it alone.

Mines from 1996 MSD 6M-2 has been to hell and back. I peeled all the stickers off intact. wrapped the wires in foil, and bead blasted the box. Then followed by paint masking, epoxy prime, and Blue Imron. I used 3M super 77 adheasive spray on the stickers, and re-applied them, and sanded the fins. The box looks new again, and still works flawlessly. Far back on the driver side

Shawn, As germ said, I sprayed mine and I seriously doubt anyone could tell the difference, other than it shines like an 18 year old girls pair of perky sweaty supple titties!....maybe not that good, but real fuggin close! If you want any help, I have more of the red that i used.

Todd For no other reason than to prove a point , would appreciate BOTH pictures of "shiny supple Titties" and the MSD box for side by side comparison to help make an informed decision Please ??
