    Default Turbo Boats

We built one. We took it to the track. It ran really well. It's not the fastest thing on the planet. It won't outrun the fast NJBA guys. Don't want to run that hard anyway.

Took the boat there green (not the safest thing to do) Knew the engine had an oiling issue took it anyway. Even if it had lasted an entire race Not a chance in hell of dialing it in like the other guys can. Don't have the track time.

Got a time slip. Enough said. Looks like it will be a long bench racing winter.

Also the NJBA guys have been nothing but help and encouraging to us. Great bunch of racers.

I was real happy to see you and Dillon do so well with such a fresh program.

You could certainly make way more power but that would just put you farther off the index for the class.
I don't know that there is any class available for an all out EFI turbo program.

I guess I'll be a bench racer forever even though I've had a running Turbo EFI lake boat for 8 years.

    Ron,

You Sir are a Class Act. I wish I had made it over to meet you.

Can't wait to see some numbers when you get it dialed in.

Damn nice to meet you ron. You and dillon certainly earned a lot of respect this weekend and your boat is no joke.

Good luck and have fun with it.

Ron, I applaud Dillon and yourself! You've impressed many with the finest representation for the turbocharged boats to date. You took your time and set the boat up well, before throwing huge power at it. Obviously it's paid off, and will only get better. But further than that I LOVE seeing a father/son deal. My fondest memories are of being out in the garage working on the boats with my father (Jrork). I'm certain Dillon feels the same way (even if us punk ass kids dont show it)

Very cool Ron!!! You accomplished something a lot of others can only talk about. I'm sure you'll sort the motor issues out and get it to run like you want.

I was told in an email several months ago ( by a very successful racer) that Ron was the perfect guy to do this with a turbo boat. I was told he would apply his knowledge and skills, listen to others who know what they are doing and have been succesful and apply that knowledge to his new project. I was told this boat would hit the water and be a contender from day one because Ron would do it 100% right.

Boy was that an accurate e-mail.

Hey I like that racer... lol

But even if I did exactly that. God provided the ability to do every bit of it.

Yeah.... He ( the racer) is a pretty smart guy too.

God can only do so much, the rest is on our shoulders. You've used what you were blessed with and went forward.
