    Default Impeller Chart

I know I'll print it off this time. Would someone please post up an impeller chart? How many horse power does it take to spin an "A" with an inducer 6000 RPMs.

That has allot to do with the cam/intake combo and trq curve of the engine. If the engine is not "on the cam" you could lose a ton of rpm.

about 9 years ago, over a winter we changed from a blueprinted ss b impeller to a blueprinted ss b impeller. the same winter, we made a few changes to the engine picking up 45hp across the whole curve (same dyno, same time period on the dyno).
the first pass, exact same setup, same water, same weather as the year before, i LOST a little over 200 rpm and GAINED almost 3 tenths (i.e., 10.05 to a 9.78). it's not always as cut and dried as a chart might imply.
