Hydroflight I will check my photos and see if they had any plate set ups. I think Mouser is right. My friend
Barry Bollman and Barry Burkus owned the Hydroflight molds before the Charger boat guys acquired the tooling.
U can call me at 714 540 8908 and I will go over how I would attach the plates to the hull. I always wanted
    one of those boats.

    Default Sponson Extenders

I had a 19 Kindswater Hydro and back in about 1972 Harold sold me a pair of sponson extenders that bolted to the inside of the sponsons and extended about 5 feet back. They had like a meat clever 8 or 9 inch extension hook in the front then tapered down to about two inches in the rear. Helped get the back end of the boat up and made it ride on just the rear tips and bottom 1/2 of the prop with only about a 6 or 700 hp motor. The object of a hydro is to get it out of the water and run on the 3 points. The boat worked a lot better after I put them on. Didn't turn worth a darn but thats not what hydro's are about. Eddie Hill has a Sleekcraft Tunnel v-drive he put a plate on and put about 3 pages of instruction on this forum a couple of years ago. My buddie has the same boat and we are piecing a system together with Eddie's spec's right now.

It almost looks like you have a cleaver prop...they do not work well with inboard steering and not recomended.
