    Default new tfj

Just wanted to give Bruce Hunter, Ronnie Hollywood Hayes and the whole Flying Dutchman, Pirate Mafia crew a big thumbs up on their first appearance with their new Tfj at Wheatland this past weekend. Got their half track yesterday after a rough start Saturday, no pun intended, and made a nice full track pass even though it wasn't quite fast enough to get the license.

They were pitted next to us. They did an awesome job. Made a full track pass with no intention to do so before they arrived.

He let it rip on the last pass, some what squirrely on the launch, once it settled it moved out.

They did get their license with the 6.12 pass. They did not do a full track pass under power the entire run. The boat made huge progress at the first event and will be at San Angelo and possibly Lake Havasu! Great Job to Bruce and the entire team!

They are doing great. Boat is looking better and better and they aren't even leaning on it yet. So maybe 3 TFJ's at Havasu? (Flying Dutchman, Awsum Toy, Spirit of America)?

Unfortunately we were the only TFJ this past weekend but hoping to see the Pirates in Chandler in a few weeks. Rumor is there will be 12 yes 12 boats competing in the TAF class.
