Default I have a question for racing safety folks

Does anyone here know much about EMS support at the drag boat races? I assume that there are trained people to stabilize and bring patients to the dock/ramp to meet an ambulance, if need be. I am curious about The process to become affiliated. I am a career Fireman/Paramedic in AZ. I am also a Certified Dive Master and Rescue Diver, with some very limited experience with boat salvage (w/ air bags). I would love to be able to help provide on the water EMS for races. I have Medical Direction as a paramedic and can provide full ALS life support, I thought that it would be a cool experience to be involved with the races at some level. I'd love to talk to someone more about it, but don't really know where to start.

Thanks in advance for any help!
