That's racing, schedules change. I've been on the phone all day. It is what it is and were very grateful to have the OPA come here regardless.

Mike, yes you can run your boats after the races, and the outer part of the bay along the point is open all day and it is a great spot to sit and watch. The inner bay 90% of the time is like glass in the early evening and is a great time to run.

So does this mean we are going to have to pay the higher rate for our cabins seems how it now falls between June 23rd-August 18th?
    Thanks

Damn, I will be down on Cumberland that weekend. So much for going to Tawas then. Cumberland WILL win out every time.

I totally agree because my wife is in the Medical field and has a On call schedule given to her at the begining of every year which includes Holidays and long weekends that range from Thur to early Mon Morning .

There is always the river roar in Bay City that weekend, which i'm glad it's been moved to a different date, cuz thats a hell of a party in Bay City. We can all go to Kyles and puke on his floor!

I'm in for the river roar!! It just a bunch of boats doing laps between 100 and 130 mph. Not much excitement there... unless you are holding a boat on the start line!! Or on the other hand... you buy a legal SST 120 rig.
