I entered my boat in the Classic Glass category at Hessel this weekend. Booked a room Monday at the Cedarville Inn. Old boat auction Fri. at 2 pm. and show Saturday then running the boat through the islands with all the old Hacker Crafts and Gar Woods and Centurys and Cris Crafts. Totally stoked for the show, I showed my 58 Chris Craft there in the mid 90's took me this long to get my [email protected]# together and go back. It was a totally spontaneous decision. ..................................... I would have done the Caseville thing this weekend just found out. Take a run up to Hessel Sat. just the wifey and I. Boat holds four and running great !!!!

Late 80's most likely, that's when I got obsessed and went home and bought my 58 Chris, took me 5 years to get it done and get back there and put it in the show which was about 1992. Doesn't seem like that long ago. I'm going to show my Spectra and cruise the islands, then I'm going to trailer queen my Resorter to Manistee in September and hopefully I will be in the water at both shows next year with the Resorter. That's my plan for the next 2 years, we'll see what happens. See if we can hook up in Manistee on Sept 15th.

C'mon up Saturday you can ride with me when I blow off some Hackers and Gar Woods with Allisons and Packard Aircraft engines in them !!!!! They all run them after the show, pretty exciting place to be especially out in the water with them. That's the main reason I entered my boat, best seat in the house, really don't expect to win anything. Mine's a turd compared to the high dollar stuff that will be there.

    Default Here Ya Go

As far as judging, the Cedarville and Hessel boats seem to have a tendency to win everything, kind of a pattern that I couldn't help but notice, had a grear time here's some pic's
