Just looked at the T-Stat. 65 degrees in the house. I am not going to turn the heat on til we get a good frost. Whats the lowest you'll go before turning the heat on?

I don't turn the furnace on till Nov.1 and I shut it off April 1. Like clock work. If it gets unexpectedly cold, oh well better dress warm or sit there and shiver
I went in and got recircumsized again........I lost 10lbs. & was able to save the lives of 3 children in the burn center.........but it's not my fault they turned out to be dickheads.

We are right on the water, Les Cheneaux area. At times flat for miles. Might be a good call. Every Aug. they have the boat show. Some of those boats really thump. Beautiful.

I've been wanting to see that show. Wooden boats are cool.

I've boated around Hessel before. Went over there from Mackinaw island when I had a 27' boat.
It's a real scenic area and there are many small islands just offshore. It can still be shallow 1/2 mile out and there are huge rocks the size a car down in the water. The water is super clear around there.

74 is minimum temp in our house.

No heavy frost here. But I turn the heat on. There is no price for getting sick because I was being stingy with the heat.
They have a big wooden boat show on the water here every 3rd week in July in Minoqua wi. I was there with my boat a few years ago on accident. 3 of us put on a better show with our boats than the wooden boats lol.

Its very shallow in spots. Its actaully up this year. Yes, you'll be cruising along and a huge rock will pop out under the waterline. Seen many boaters ruin their props. Temp 64 in the house now, I might have to turn on the heat.

I'm in so much heat around the house since I retired that I probably won't have to turn the heat on until December. When you get my age,It's not as easy to keep the little woman happy. Have a great weekend. See you all at the Winter party. Chet
