That's like the 20th time he's gone by today?"

Would you boat there? I'm asking because I never been there.

Bear lake might be all right, it's a smaller lake on the north side of Muskegon Lake, I think they call the area North Muskegon.

    Default Muskegon 2011

If you haven't been to Muskegon and Muskegon Lake / Bear Lake / Lake Michigan I wouldn't count it out to quickly. Through-out the summer boating events happen frequently. Times are changing as the area rebounds from the industrial period to that of a recreational hot spot.

Take a look at the google seach images: Here

Also the tourist and visitors web site: Here

The Lake Effect Boating people are busy planning events and activities for the summer of 2011. Including Boat week from August 15-21.

    Great food at:
    Bear Lake Tavern
    Dockers Fish House
    Lake House Grille
    Captain Jacks.

Looking to set up boating organizations with host marina's for a outstanding week or weekend. Informal poker runs, raft-ups, boat parades. Let's have some fun.

Take a look at the google map here.

Hey guy ,to tell you the truth it is worse then Saginaw unless you live in Auburn or Freeland and considering the way thing are...... Muskegon is trying to bring in everything and anything to stimulate the economy or provide any revenue for the city that it can .... and seeing that you are coming from the East side of the State it most likely will be a nice experience .......without having to think about living there, and being able to draw your own conclusions about the city of Muskegon . Hey once again this is just my 2 cents and i am sure someone will pipe in from this side of the state who is promoting that town and to tell you the truth there are towns minutes away that are so much nicer like Spring lake / Grand Haven .
