I was at the drag strip in edmore when it hit around 3:00. Straight line winds around 70-80 mph !!!. No place to take cover, car hualers flipped, 55 gallon steel drums flying 20-30 feet in the air and my big ass Coleman cooler full of beer was no where to be found, gone. It takes a hell of a lot to get me ratteled but when the 32 foot enclosed car hualer I was hiding next to to get out of the rain lean over and was on the 3 passenger side wheels, i was scared and am not afraid to admit it. I been in 4 huricanes and you get a chanch to get ready, this hit rite now, zero warning.

I was on the lake when it hit yesterday, we just had enough time to get back to the dock. ya should have seen all the sail boats flipped over! they were freakin out. we had to go back out and rescue all the little kids in the water. trees are down all over.

Got lots of rain last night and a good light show. If you want a really good light show you need to go to Tampa FL at the bay there. Its the lighting capital.

Looks like a repeat of August floods here on the Fox, docks were just above water last night, by morning they were 2 ft under, and rolled over, against a boat lift. We lost some approach ramps to the docks, and managed to barely get the two boats off the water, and on to the trailers. Supposed to rise 12 inches more over night

7000 with out power here, 250.000 state wide. 6 deaths so far and were going to get slammed again tonite. Atleast the big lakes are starting to fill back up a little.
