That's like the 20th time he's gone by today?"

Just talked to Lynn and it looks like she will be doing the 2 Brower events with me & I will be flying solo on this Oscoda event. We have our Bud bash this weekend up by me but Im not even going to put my boat in the water unless its really flat. So I think my mufflers will be sitting on the shelf for the rest of the year yeahaaaaa

Was going for just the Day on Sat. I've never camped there being only an hour away. But if you and Flattie want to party it up I'll see about staying the night.

I'm sure they do. Harvey-Chet do you have any recommendations for people that may want to spend the night?

Come on guys, Oscoda is a must. There is a nice campgrounds right next to the launch area( about a mile ) if your a camper. Old guys like myself stay at the AmericInn in Oscoda about 7 miles away.Phone # is 1-989-739-1986. There are other motels and cabins in town but I don't know phone numbers. If you look on Michiganhotboats.com it will give you a list of a couple other places to stay along with the phone numbers. We plan on being there on Friday the 22nd.If you've never been to Oscoda on the Foote Pond, do yourself a favor and come up there, over there or down there, whichever the case may be, and you'll have a good time. You can run several miles back on the Ausable river and it's usually pretty flat water.Scott and I are looking forward to meeting some new hotboaters as well as some of the regulars. See you there.
