    Default My Tach

I Have An Msd All In One Dist, And A Telflex Tach. It Reeds Fine At Low Rpm, But When I Gun It, It Wont Reed Any Higher Than 3,000 Rpm. I Know Im Running At Least 5,000 Rpm. Any Ideas, I Ran This Dist Last Year With A Different Tach With No Problems. Should I Get Through This Season And Buy An Msd 6al Set Up To Solve It. Or Is The Gauge Fubar???

Try another tach, so your wife don't cut your balls off for buying another one, if it's not bad

Default Talking about an easy fix......

Lower Michigan is going to see temps as low as 29 deg f. for a possible 6 hours.

Just wanted to send out a fyi, before it's not an "easy fix"!

Chevy, Glad it worked out for you on the tach!

The Tach Works Good Now That It Reads Right. 5000 Rpm, And 71 Mph On The Water Speedo. Not Bad For A V Botom With A Stock 454 With Roler Rockers. I Wanted To Run Bo Duke Today Just So I Would Get Beat On The Last Time Out. Then This Winter, I Could Build It Bigger. As It Was, No One Wanted To Play Today. To Bad The Wether Was Great, The Water Was Perfect, And There Was Only 7 Boats All Day. My Jet, 3 Ski Boats, And The Rest Fishing.
