    Winterized the boat this morning, pulled the valve cover on the drivers side and found this little treat waiting for me:

    Damn that bites Pat, lucky the lower end did'nt notice it. Now it's time for an upgrade on the valve train. Hope the winter is easy on us this year.

    The piece on the top left might be a nose ring

    That sucks when you find that but look on the good side, It could be ALOT WORSE. You have all winter to fix it and maybe upgrade!!

    Motor has 6 seasons on it since freshened, only a matter of time til something lets go...

    Well that kinda sucks....... did it drop the valve or just needs a new set of springs?
