Hell no! If I did anyting different with the motor, it would be a twin turbo 496 under the hatch Sleeper.

thats a problem around here too!!! lots of lakes are no wake and the river is so high that the sand bar is under water and the dead heads are everywhere way to risky!! there is no traffic on the river up here. I havent even looked at mine yet because there is no where to test it out before driving 2 hours to go boatin and i dont want to drive that far and have an issue right away and end up going home. SUCKS!!!!

I cant fricken win! I pulled the intake on the motor and found that #1 and 5 lost the connector on the roller lifters. #5 turned and took out the cam. Im done for the year befor I even got started! This sucks!

Buy a new roller lifter, or two...... have the cam reground, should be fairly cheap?

New cam and all new lifters its around 900.00 I wanted to put a different cam in it anyway, this is the one I bought for the tunnel ram with headers. My setup is a little different now. I just wasn't wanting to do it so soon. If I had two sets fail, I really dont want to do this again and will replace all of them.
