    Default Michigan Hot Boats schedule

    Hey all, just came from the winter party. Here's the plan for this year, we have 10 meets lined up. Only 4 months until Wampler's Lake!

    May 17-18 Wampler's

    June 7-8 Lake Cadillac

    June 20-22 Brower Park

    July 4-6 Houghton

    July 18-20 Oscoda

    August 1-3 Houghton Lake BUD BASH

    August 23-24 Oscoda

    Sept 5-7 Brower Part HOT BOAT

    Sept 19-21 Holloway Reservoir

    Sept 27-28 Wampler's

    July 4-6 Houghton?????????? Not so sure that would be a good weekend to go to Houghton Lake.

    Yeah, won't catch me there that place will be a zoo that weekend. IMO
    The rest of it looks good. I wan't to make it up to Oscoda this year, heard that place was nice.

    Yeah, Oscoda is nice!
    Most of the reservoir is surrounded by high banks or trees, so there's always good water somewhere.

    Looks like August 16th is open, on the MHB calender. The Kosh speed runs are that day in southern Wisconsin. It's a 1000ft radar run, 1st thru 3rd prize money, 100% payback on entry fee. Lets get some detroit iron over here and stamp out the smokies (two-strokes) they have claimed first place for a long time.

    Sounds like fun, but mine only runs 75mph so WTF is that fast enough?

    you only have 1000ft to do it in. clamp-on's are zinging 10,000rpm at the end of the course. There is a stock inboard class, does this fit you?

    Yes mine is stock, I just need to get it past the tec people. mine only spins 4500 rpm

    I may need some help esplaining the boat then. But it is all stock, including the pump.
