I would but the wife already has stuff for me to do this weekend. I may get back on Tenkiller on Sunday afternoon for a little bit and for sure will be on Tenkiller on memorial weekend. It's a great lake and we usually put in at Elk Creek just across the bridge from Cherokee landing. Will make a couple to the dam runs over memorial weekend...

There use to be a bunch of jets hang out down by the dam back when Jetboat engineering was in business. I have also seen a group hang out in the smooth water north of Cherokee Landing just past the bridge. Those were the days my friend.

I heard the boat ramp was closed at Cherokee Landing due to low water... not sure but there were very few boats up that direction over the weekend. I was on the lake on Saturday, Sunday and Monday down in the Chicken Creek and down to the Dam area and there were lots of boats down that way... I was the only Jet I saw all weekend...

No boating for me this weekend...

I saw boats putting in at Pettit Bay while I was out in my boat. Goat Island is not Goat Peninsula and I assume the goats all walked away when the water dropped and they got a chance to simply walk on dry land to the mainland... Pretty good boating down toward the dam and Party cove area... Chicken Creek is a good place to put in on the East side of the lake... I think all the boat docks at the ramps are sitting on dry land now...
