Hi guys my name is NICK going to give u a quick rundown on the beginning of my VDRIVE LIFE. I live in Des Moines IA. Two years ago i bought a 1968 litchfield 18' flatty and have been working on getting it on the water ever since. I bought the boat out of princeton kansas about 8hrs from my home, I had been talking to the guy for two weeks before I decided to take the plunge. so I made the drive over night get to the guys house at 10Am on a saturday hand pack the wheel bearings and mount a set of wheels and tires that i brought with me only to find out the guy DID NOT have the paper work. So i ended up driving 1hour out of my way to get the paper work before i drag the boat all the way home. I ended up getting all the proper paper work, by the time is was all said and done i had the boat, trailer and all the hardware minus the motor for $540.00 . i now have a 2004 GM LQ4 6.0L in it now i am trying to work out some vibrations at all speeds. So to say the least it has been a long road to this point with a long road ahead of me. The hardest part has been finding good information, parts and people in my area to help work out the bugs.. Glad to have found this suite.
