very in depth, I'm trying to get all the mechanical stuff done so I can get my hands on
    the EFI project.

One of my buddies is working on another project that will be interesting.
he is setting up a PLC to record suction pressure readings (top and bottom)
along with speed and RPM. and he has some datalogging program( cant think of the name)
that allows him to overlay data from several sources. should be fun to look at data from
my ECM and overlayed with the pump data. Not sure if it will do anything for us
but we will be able to see whats going on.

Paul, don't be worried your stuff is going to be M18x1.5. Thats the standard for O2s and WBO2s.
I have a tap thats M18x1.5 that I use after having a bung welded in to be sure that slag is not hanging in the hole when I screw in the WBO2. I've ruined a WBO2 sensor that way by not chasing the hole with a tap.

BTW, how did you like the tuning book?

I, myself use the Innovate Bungs but a quick google search turned up some lower cost units:

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this, why so much?:

I am not sure who has the best price but you need to know what sensor as they have different size and threads. I got mine from Innovate as that is the meter I have. Innovate has stainless bungs but there plugs are steel. CMI has them also.
