    The point of the article was that the clans keep crime against other Somalians down. Draw you own conclusions bout Iraq and Afghans.

    When your tankers of oil dont cost more than 30-50 rounds of 7.62x39 and 15-20 hours of wages for the pirates that steal the tankers and cargo ships I bet they do have a booming economy...
