IMO, the B Panther should have been prosecuted to deter future acts.
But still with no voter actually intimidated, what should the penalty have been? $50 fine, 10 hrs. community service?
The comments that brought out Holders true colors were not in any comparison to the 60s oppression of blacks. True liberal spin to try and defect his true bias. The original quote from in the artical by Bartle Bull was the worse he seen in his career, not in any way referencing the history of oppression of blacks in the 60s, only the outrage of what the Panthers did. And me for one I am sickened by Holders sweaping this under the rug. Who cares what the penality is, its still should have been looked at as a crime. Can you imagine if it would have been someone white doing this, or someone from the Tea Party?

Libs, do you not see the problem here? Raciest for one but the problem with the Lib progressive party....you guys don't look at 300 million Americans....you guys look at special interest first.......Look at Wisconsin.......12% and declining in Union membership nationwide and they hold up progress and cost the state millions for their narrow vision and special interest.....pathetic!

"Attorney General Eric Holder finally got fed up Tuesday with claims that the Justice Department went easy in a voting rights case against members of the New Black Panther Party because they are African American".
