No and I'm not going too. Everything in that book is probably calculated. Everything about Romney is calculated. Few of what he speaks about is core beliefs. If you want to give Republicans a bad name, elect Romney and we'll have another Obama in 4 or 8 years. We need a TRUE conservative with real simple solutions.

Romney is not a conservative. He's part of the beltway republicans.

He's not going to reapeal try and repeal Obama care, he's not going to restructure our tax code, he's not going to shrink government, he's not going to balance the budget and he's not going to decrease regulation.

    ...
All good points. Hard to know what Romney believes any more, he's been so massaged and focus- grouped.
I do think O care will be repealed though, there is a mandate for that.

Just remember, you get what you vote for.

I'm sure the people will easily repeal this to work from a clean slate that's not broken...

x2. And let's recall that not everyone liked every single thing Reagan did, and not everyone voted for him in the primaries.

I keep hearing the pundits and those of us that involve ourselves in following politics talk about the next Reagan, the next super star. My guess is he's not going to make a showing in this election cycle. But we didn't really recognize how great Reagan was until he was given the opportunity to show what he could do. We pretty much know who the candidates are for the Republican party, maybe no superstars yet, but a far cry better than what we have running things now. Before we start the, "I'm tired of voting for the lesser of the two evils", I believe this field is much more qualified than what we trotted out against Obama four years ago. It could actually turn out to be better than we've had for some time now. I'm not going to bash President Bush, but you would have to stretch the truth pretty far to call him a conservative. He definitely was more center than right in a lot of his views and decisions. I think with all the heat put on by the tea party, and Americans in general, these candidates know they need to lean pretty far right just to pull the US back to center. My point is anyone of the candidates running will fulfill 70% or more of what we're looking for in a leader vs what McCain would have given us. I'll take that in a heart beat right now and like it!

Looking for the perfect candidate on all the issues will be beyond impossible. He/She doesn't exist.

Now, finding someone to replace the community organizer who outspent every American president back to George Washington on failed programs, campaign contributor paybacks, buddy's financial institutions, firearm sales to drug cartels, phony solar operations that fail before producing products, who rammed an unconstitutional healthcare bill down America's throats against their will and filled America's cabinet positions with tax cheats, communists and inexperienced buffoons would be very easy. Very easy. As has been said before, an Irish setter couldn't have done the damage to this country the Kenyan has.

Hate Brown and Obama: Dream Act, Health Care | But you Like Perry and Romney?

Just asking, no need to give me the crap about states rights and crap to justify Romney. It's Bankrupt, enough said.

Obviously the question isn't for everybody.
