Bob, just a reminder....it is MAY already
That's good to know that is a pretty lame mistake on there part. I have heard good & not so good about them
I have a set of quick fuel carbs now I'm thinking I might just change the base plates & have them wet flowed
still thinking on witch way I will go I want to stay with a 4150, 850 carbs they say they will work fine 0n a 598.
will see. thanks for the info.
hallet, i'm glad this thread popped up again. i've since ran the allstate carb and when i went to set float level, never coule get the back float set right, thought it may have been sticking. took off the bowls to look inside again and i finally noticed that they did do the jet extensions in the rear like i expected, but the dumbass's used a damn un notched float the float couldn't move at all. after that i went ahead and pulled it back off the motor and went thru it personally to double check these guys, everything else was good. don't know if i'll buy from them again, that's not a mistake a good carb company would make.

Thanks for the info guys still checking into them.
I put a set on this motor when i built it for a buddy and they aer flawless and work perfect. They came waaaaaaaaay fat but after a couple pulls on the dyno we had them rite were we wanted them.
I bought a set of 750's for a blower application. Adertised as boost refrenced but when I tore them down I found out they wern't. I did the mod myself which was no problem. The carbs look good and seemed to be set up correctly (accept boost refrence). Have yet to run them.
Tuf-enuf marine did my Dominators. They were perfect right out of the box.
i bought this 1 for a single n/a stroker i'm built over the winter. i liked the boost but it wasn't gonna win any 1000ft races, so i went back to big inch and a ton of no2
Thanks IMPATIENT 1 for the info i have talked to the them seem to
talk the talk. did you go with the dominators . are yours going on a blower motor. thanks for the info.

a decent price. any info would be appreciated. i bought 1 of their blinged out 1050's and when it got here, i took it apart. it had some race fuel in the pumps and some still in the bowls, you can tell it'd been ran, they run and flow they're carbs before they leave the building. haven't ran it yet but the work looks nice, carb is nice lookin(all shiney and shit) and so far i'm happy with my purchase, but still gotta run it the guy called me 2 or 3 times to ask questions about my set-up and how i was gonna use the boat, said he's got the air bleeds close enough where i shouldn't need to jack with em(i don't know squat about dominators other than jetting, pumps/cams, nozzles).
i've seen a new dominator from holley and for 20-30bucks more, the all state is at least tuned close to your needs by pros, unlike a off the shelf carb, sure looks nicer too
I have quick fuel carbs on mine, Good pricing and haved worked good.http://www.quickfueltechnology.com/
I can get you in contact with C&S and they can built you a cumstom set of 4150 style carbs to your specs.!!!
