    Default Shasta 7/13-23....

A few of us from the dlb will be camping on the McCloud arm. Last years we met up with a bunch of hot boats and had a blast. Anyone else going to be out?

    Default Shasta

Yea, We just got back from a 10 day run out there. We will be back out this weekend, Friday the 13th to Sun the 16th and every weekend after that.
We were hangin with you guys up the McCloud last year. That was a good day. I run the Green Miller, my brother runs the white and red Miller, and it goes on from there. Kamloops is on hit, we were all hangin out up there on Fri night.
We'll have the House boat north of Holiday Harbor, feel free to roll on by.
    Alright cool,
    Todd Harris

Never been up the McCloud that far. Do you guys launch there?
Looks like a ways up from the bridge.
Map is showing about 6 miles from bridge bay.
    Is that about right ??
be happy to run up there this weekend!

I launch at Hirz bay. If you have the fuel capacity it would be faster to boat up there than tow, the road is like a barrel of snakes. We'll be there for ten days so it's more convenient to get our gear to the boat in camp. In my opinion the McCloud is the best arm on the lake. If you want to launch up the McCloud take 5 to Gilman Rd and go right on Gilman to Hirz bay. See you there!!!
