    Default Sac River water level

Anyone know what the water level looks like on the river? I'm thinking about taking a cruise up from discovery park to maybe swabbies tomorrow afternoon.

The river is up about 2 feet, from the middle of July in Knights Landing. It looks good around Elkhorn and Swabbies.

it was a nice day out there. Water levels looked good to me but I dont cruise the river all that often to really have a base to go off of. Last time I was at swabbies the docks were beached and this time they were afloat.....so that was a good sign...

Check your tide tables for times of tide change. what goes out comes back in! ..... Ive watched boats leaning on sand most of the day at swabbies, but usually when the musics done the boats are floating again!!!

I was looking for them before I went and then got sidetracked and just went for it....not my brightest idea ever but I was only planning on being out for a couple of hours. I didnt realize that the tide came and went so fast on the river. I was just camping up at englebright and was amazed by how much the water level fluctuates there. It went up and down almost 10 feet every day.
