    Default f***king thefts

i have a storage yard in hayward, ca. that we keep our construction equipment at when not in use within the last week and half someone got into it and stole 17 20"wide x 20' long aluminum scaffold planks it takes a good size truck to load up 17 planks at once or they did more then 1 trip. i will pay $500.00 reward if anyone in the bay area hears of anyone selling any planks. some of the have BACF painted on them and some have blue and white spray paint on them and some look brand new because they were. you can p.m. me or call my cell at 415-559-0997. if tweekers got them and sold them they got nothing compared to what they cost new.
    thanks for any help

I would almost have to agree Acatitude, but the price of aluminum is up right now. So if any aluminum is easy to get, it will walk off no matter were it's at. I'm havivng the same problem in my carwash's here in Phoenix,Az.

I myself would hit up any of the local recyclers around that area and give them your contact info.. I can almost guarantee thoase planks are gonna show up there.. I work for PG&E out here in sac and alot of our aluminum shoring plates get stolen and end up at the recyclers, giving them our contact info has worked before... A few other times a bunch of mexican guys come in to steal equipment to start a small contracting company.. Luckily the trailers of equipment they stole had GPS on them and the cops were able to recover the trailers AND some of our shoring planks.

    Good luck.

    That is true, Slotracer.
The recyclers know damn well what they are taking in. They are nothing more than a fence. Al
