    Default Lake Tahoe in July

We just booked a house in the Tahoe Keys for the week of July 8-15. We decided that the 4th of July weekend is just a little too busy and the Celebrity Golf Tournament would be a little more fun. Will anyone else be there at this time?

Were going also, but a couple of weeks later. First week in August gets you Hot August Nights in Reno, and the Classic Wooden Boat show.

For the latest in lake levels at Tahoe you can go to http://www.boattahoe.com/lakeleveldata.htm

The Beacon, Sunnyside, Gar Woods, and Zephyr Cove are nice for lunch and drink stops. Sand Harbor is plain BEAUTIFUL, as is Emerald Bay.

Have a good time and avoid the Nevada side in the afternoon, wind and waves can come up very suddenly.

    Talking July 4-14

Everyone including that Grads guy knows that Tahoe at 4th of July is the best.

POKER RUN, PHOTO SHOOT AND BBQ PARTY IS JULY 5 AT THE KEYS HOUSE.

We have reserved boat parking on the beach for the celebrity golf tournament.

The house we will be at is on the south side of Balboa Drive which is the third cove on the left (anchor cove) when you come into the keys.

You can find anything from a studio condo to a 6+ bedroom home in the Keys. Here's a link to a site that has all the information on what is available, and the prices, been going there for 10 years now.
www.TahoeKeysResort.com Call early as they fill quickly for the summer months.

It states the min. but I know for a fact that is not written in stone. Friends made last minute plans last summer and got a condo for three nights. Another nice feature is that returning guests get a 20% discount on all future bookings. Never had a problem with the staff doing what ever necessary to make our stay enjoyable, give them a call, see what you can arrange.
