Pretty cool video, But are you sure you have a big enough lake to go 130?

    Seriously though, thanks for sharing.

With that motor we pulled 150Mph a bit longer then the course straight, and with the 5lt motor we usually have in the boat witch is 308 cubes, and reving to the 9000 mark, it does 120+ with the 5lt.
Heres a video off the 5lt in the boat,

how much power does 6L produce?
does it rev to 9000 too?
love the BH drive, looks like from spray that it might be mounted with Propshaft centerline even or slightly above bottom of boat?

its a 383, easier to say 6lt, but we havant dyno the motor before, and we reckon it has around the 650-700 and we had it reving to 8600 with was 152mph, our 5lt motor has around the 550-580 Hp.
The leg it is mounted around mid way between the top off the sponsons and the bottom, we are going to play with the extension boxes to get it higher, and then drop it lower, the boat drives really weted area, so being the suface drive we have thought about putting the drive 1/2 inch to a 1inch lower, to give the boat some more lift.

So what props are they? modified B3 or something else? 23/24 with 1.65 gears must accelerate like crazy

something is off? 1.65 gears, 23/24 props, 8600 rpm and 152mph works out to -31% prop slip

we have a blackhawk propellers, with the blown motor we runn our bigger props, with i be leave there 25's rear and front.
But the smaller sett off propellers we have are machines and cut right down from the orignal 27p.
this is the boat with a 177weiland blower on a 383.
