    Default manual steering

Since I have a clearance problem, I won't be able to use power steering on my stern drive. I've figured out a design but I would like to see a factory non power steering picture. Does any one have something to see?

If the issue is not with getting the pump on the engine you could allways go with hydraulic steering

I found a manual steering tube and pivot. (gotta love that Ebay) now I don't have a clearance problem. The power steering pump would have to be relocated to a lower position, but that was not the problem. The power piston was hitting the upper deck underneath. If I hadn't raised the alpha up 1 extra inch,, I might have cleared. Like in my other posts,,,I am putting a chevy V8 and alpha drive in a 16 foot Carlson cvx. I'm building this on a budget and I'm into it for around $800. That includes the boat, engine, alpha drive, and everything needed to make it work.
I don't have any pictures on my new computer, but there are a lot on this site, just look for my name on the post intro.
