    Default Water in outdrive oil?

During the rebuild of the 72 Glastron with a 270 Volvo drive, upon draining the outdrive I found milky oil. What are the main places to look for leaks? Will a leaky bellows allow this or should I be looking for case seals?

easiest way to check would be to drain all the oil and with the drive off the boat pressure test and turn all the shafts while its pressurized. also move the shift lever assembly and you should be able to see a drop in pressure or hear air leaking if you have a bad seal somewhere. i would wanna guess it has a bad propshaft seal. but i have seen bad shift lever shaft seals also. yes you could have a bad yoke seal if water is getting in the bellows especially because that area should be dry from water. use under 15 psi of pressure when you test. drain screw gaskets/o-rings being left out by mistake after a gear oil change is also common.
