Default Symmetrical Ports - BBC - Big Power heads and intake

EPD Symmetrical ports set up for NHRA Pro Stock years ago. These heads have qualified and won rounds in NHRA competition. Larry at EPD rolled them over to about 16 degrees or so. Ti valves, welded up to one piece Jesel rocker stands, everything just gone through and freshened with good springs, ti retainers, locks, etc. Just installed o-ring wire in head by Rick Waters/Eaton enterprises. Some awesome work. These babies fit on a standard chevy block and look like a fairly standard head to the unsuspecting onlooker. But will make way over 1000 N/A in a 565 application with the right stuff. Lots more with juice. I have a sheetmetal intake for 9.8 deck height and drilled for nitrous or injection. Was designed for twin dominators. I also have 10 venolia pistons for these that have yet to have the domes shaped for the chamber and will take some work. The titanium rocker arms do not go with the heads. I will replace them with standard aluminum ones. Injection system will be taken off the intake prior to sale.
Would make a great low dollar Pro Gas style deal. Go scare some people for 1/3rd the money. Or just have it for a great spare.
I will throw in an old Larry Morgan camshaft with the deal if you really want.
    No junk and no games.
These will be at the world finals, so call if you have an interest.

Here is the photo of the piston card. I believe there are 10 pistons.

Since Obama was re-elected, I have no need for any racing parts. Gotta get em gone. $2600 takes the whole bundle home. (+actual shipping, of course.)

Wow, I actually know what those are
:-). Whoever buys them is sure gonna be happy camper. And nitrous is a must on those lol. Well it sure is a kick in the ass anyway. Funny how the old pro stock technology is still bad ass to the public. I'd love to flow a today's pro stock head on a bench to see what they flow these days :-)

I will be at the Parker circle races all weekend. If you call tonight or tomorrow morning, I can bring them to the river and save lots of shipping.

I have no idea! If it were not for the fact that we sold the crank, rods, block and the car that were going to go in then we would never let them go for that price. All I can figure is people must think the price is for one head and not for the whole package. By the way, that IS for the whole package. A complete package that is stable well through 9000 RPM's and can make killer power. Who ever steps up and grabs it is going to have a KILLER budget engine.

I have zero immediate use for these and have been kicking around the idea. Someday I might want to build a budget pro gas deal. Good luck with the sale not that you should need it.

Really having problems posting these photos on this page today. And not really happy. Can do it if I post one photo per page.
And to the guy that just asked; THESE HEADS DO NOT WORK WITH A TEAM G INTAKE!!! IF YOU THINK THEY MAY< THEN DON"T BUY THESE HEADS!!! You are obviously too un-informed to own them! To the other guy, NO!!! These are not small block symmetrical ports. They never ran pro stock truck. These are for BIG BLOCK CHEVY! To the guy that asked last week; NO!!! These valves will not fit a 990 head, and I do not want to take them out to sell them to you. However, I will take them out and sell them to you for $2600.

And to clarify; $2600 US dollars for Heads assembled, Intake, Aluminum Jesel rockers, stands - etc, Venolia pistons, Intake, and old pro stock camshaft.
$2400 without the rocker arms. You pay actual shipping.

If they don't sell in a week or so, I will just throw them away or something. This is not worth the headaches.

O.K. I am getting sued by the Ex yet again and these heads have to go.
I will make the deal so sweet, you can't help but jump all over it.
The heads completely outfitted as listed - A second set of BRAND NEW PSI triple valve springs- Intake manifold with two tops, one for carbs and one for injector - A set of 10 venolia pistons that are made FOR THESE HEADS, not the mix~matched set I advertised before- 1 set of PPP .250" wall titanium wrist pins, casidium coated made for these pistons (yeah, the $1200 ones!!)- Akerly and Childs HTD ring set for these pistons. Two pro stock cams. Everything you need to run this except for the rocker arms. $2200 and you pay for the shipping.
First one to my door with the cash takes them home.

I also have a friend that has a 4.500 callies brand new crank and brand new Merlin 10.2" block for $2000 even. you would need to adjust the intake to fit the 10.2, but that would be the cheapest N/A 1200 on the planet!!! One stage and 1600!!

well, I have the heads sold, and another that will take them if the first guy drops out, so it looks like these babies are going to their new home.
    Thanks for the space.
