    Default Big Brodie Aluminum Heads

I have a set of Brodix aluminum heads for sale. These heads were on my brothers Spitfire circle boat and he built a new motor and no longer has a use for them...

The heads are polished and are very usable...they have some issues with water ports. They sat with water in them for extended periods of time and it shows around the water jackets. They were also o-ringed. Otherwise they are very nice. Never blown up and everything else looks great. I hope the pics tell the story. If you know somebody that can tig weld aluminum I would say they would fix easy...Priced at 700.00 plus shipping..or call Mike with questions at 208 863 2975 or email [email protected]

New info. Combustion Chamber is 110 CC. The O-ring groove would clean up with 20,000 cut. Intake runner is 300 CC. If you take 20,000 cut it would mean you would have to sink intake seat. Intake valve right now is 2.300. You could go to 2.250 valve and not have to sink the seats...and would not suffer much power loss...My head guru says these heads are useful for a smaller cube deal but yet with some work would be good for a big cube deal also...

The heads have been polished and the lettering on the ends is tough to decipher..I came up with BG45C..then there is a 1 and below that a 7...??

I only have one head here and I will get the other one tomorrow...the head bolts are 7/16ths...
