It Came Off A 454 With A Fly Wheel, Not A Flex Plate. It Is In Great Shape No Slop In The Ujoints At All. I Took It Off The Boat When I Set The Pump Back, And Left The Motor In The Same Place. Now I Have A 3.5 Inc Gap. It Just Don't Work!!

I have this same one. It will work on a Flex Plate too.

Quick question though. Were the allen head bolts hard to get to with the allen wrench?

    Thanks.

With A Strait Allen Yes, But With A Ball Head Allen, It Was A Lot Easier.

The $300 one from CP takes the 1350 u-joints and is a 2 piece unit (requires a PTO plate) that easily comes apart to run it on the trailer, whereas this one takes the 1310 u-joints and is a 1 piece monolithic unit, making it difficult to remove. This one should also be used on engines under 600 HP. Here's a link that gives a little more info on the drive lines. Drive Lines Yours is the very bottom one. And here's the CP link, CP Performance Drive Lines

Personally I think $125 is a little high for this style, I'd drop it down to about $75 and see how it goes.

    Good luck.
